SENASA 002-2025, a reform to the Service Fee Regulations that introduces a new schedule of charges for tests conducted by the National Laboratory for Residue Analysis (LANAR).<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p>The update, published on July 12, 2025, in the Official Gazzette, details more than 300 fees covering microbiological and chemical tests applicable to meats, dairy products, fish, fruits, vegetables, honey, water, soils, animal feed, and other agrifood products.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The examinations include detection of bacteria such as <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Salmonella spp<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> or <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Listeria monocytogenes<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, quantification of pesticide residues, heavy metals, and veterinary substances, as well as analyses of physical, chemical, and biological contaminants.
