SENASA 002-2025, a reform to the Service Fee Regulations that introduces a new schedule of charges for tests conducted by the National Laboratory for Residue Analysis (LANAR).<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The update, published on July 12, 2025, in <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La Gaceta<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, details more than 300 fees covering microbiological and chemical tests applicable to meats, dairy products, fish, fruits, vegetables, honey, water, soils, animal feed, and other agrifood products.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The examinations include detection of bacteria such as <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Salmonella spp<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> or <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Listeria monocytogenes<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, quantification of pesticide residues, heavy metals, and veterinary substances, as well as analyses of physical, chemical, and biological contaminants.
