In order to contribute to this improvement of life, decent and safe housing solutions and access to housing financing will be created to benefit 18,660 families through:\n
    \n \t
  1. 7,000 families in extreme poverty with a full housing subsidy of up to USD 7,000.00, through the PREEPS funds;<\/li>\n \t
  2. construction and purchase of housing for 11,660 households with a combination of conditional credit and subsidies, through the VIDHAS Program Funds.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\nThe Contractor shall be selected in accordance with the procedures of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration established in the Policy for the Procurement of Goods, Works, Services and Consultancies with CABEI Resources and its Rules for Application.\n\nThese social housing units will have an area of 36 square meters plus a porch area, fire pit and wet area. The construction of these houses is divided into independent bids, as follows:\n

    1. H\u00e9roes y M\u00e1rtires de Pancas\u00e1n, in the Municipality of Matiguas (31 houses)<\/li>\n \t
    2. Jos\u00e9 Dolores Granados, in the Municipality of Ciudad Dar\u00edo (40 houses)<\/li>\n \t
    3. In the Municipality of Somoto (70 houses)<\/li>\n \t
    4. H\u00e9roes de Nueva Guinea Ca\u00eddos por la Revoluci\u00f3n, in the Municipality of Nueva Guinea (36 houses)<\/li>\n \t
    5. Teresa G\u00f3mez Rivera, in the Municipality of San Rafael del Norte (40 houses)<\/li>\n \t
    6. Construction of social housing for vulnerable families of La Libertad, Chontales, in the Municipality of La Libertad (34 houses)<\/li>\n \t
    7. Alejandro Jos\u00e9 Espinales Herrera, in the Municipality of Jinotega (90 houses)<\/li>\n \t
    8.
