The resources will be used for the development of pre-investment, construction, and equipment for the following executing agencies: the Ministry of the Interior (MINGOB, for its acronym in Spanish), the Judiciary (OJ, for its acronym in Spanish), the National Institute of Forensic Sciences (INACIF, for its acronym in Spanish), and the Institute of Public Criminal Defence (IDPP, for its acronym in Spanish).\n\nWith this financing, CABEI will support the construction of preventive centers, courthouses, the INACIF central building and the expansion of the IDPP central building, among others. Likewise, the furnishing of the new facilities, mobility equipment, criminal analysis equipment, and surveillance systems, among others, will effectively facilitate the prosecution of crime in Guatemala.\n\nThe main objective of the execution of the works is to reduce the incidence of crime in the departments of Guatemala, Santa Rosa, Suchitep\u00e9quez, and Huehuetenango, specifically among people affected by acts of violence, homicides, vehicle theft and pedestrian theft, and thus strengthen citizen security mechanisms with police presence in the different geographical areas.\n\nThe tender modality is one stage and is divided into 4 lots as detailed below:\n

  1. Construction of the PNC station in Colonia Primero de Julio Zone 5 of the municipality of Mixco in the department of Guatemala.<\/li>\n \t
  2. Construction of police substation Cant\u00f3n Buena Vista Santa Mar\u00eda Ixhuatan, Santa Rosa.<\/li>\n \t
  3. Construction of a PNC station in the municipality of San Jos\u00e9 La M\u00e1quina, Suchitep\u00e9quez department.<\/li>\n \t
  4.
