Security Printing is a globally recognized specialist in security printing technology, products and solutions. Its services are unique and customized and focus primarily on the design, manufacture and supply of various security documents (banknotes, passports, identification documents and visas).\n\nGarc\u00eda &amp; Bod\u00e1n advised the Swiss banknote printing house, Orell F\u00fcssli, in the tender process for Central Bank of Nicaragua in &#8220;Printing and Supply of Banknotes &#8220;. A part of the Central Bank\u2019s contract was awarded to Orell F\u00fcssli.\n\nDuring the process, the team of lawyers of Garc\u00eda &amp; Bod\u00e1n provided support and advice based on Administrative Law in relation to the Tender Terms and Conditions, in the preparation and submission of the tender in accordance with Nicaraguan law ensuring a smooth, compliant and correct process.\n\nGarc\u00eda &amp; Bod\u00e1n&#8217;s team of lawyers were also reviewing all local and foreign documents required for the submission of the tender.
