{"id":17923,"date":"2022-03-31T09:07:17","date_gmt":"2022-03-31T07:07:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/garciabodan.com\/construccion-del-nuevo-hospital-dr-maximiliano-peralta-jimenez-en-costa-rica\/"},"modified":"2025-08-11T20:00:34","modified_gmt":"2025-08-11T18:00:34","slug":"contracting-for-the-new-hospital-dr-maximiliano-peralta-jimenez-construction","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/garciabodan.com\/en\/contracting-for-the-new-hospital-dr-maximiliano-peralta-jimenez-construction\/","title":{"rendered":"Contracting for the new Hospital Dr. Maximiliano Peralta Jim\u00e9nez construction"},"content":{"rendered":"The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI) approved financing for the Republic of Costa Rica for the development of the Regional Hospital Infrastructure Strengthening Program to finance the design, construction, and equipment of the new Dr. Maximiliano Peralta Jim\u00e9nez Hospital in the province of Cartago.\n\nThe contractor will be selected in accordance with the procedures stipulated in Law No. 7494 Ley de Contrataci\u00f3n Administrativa (Administrative Contracting Law) and its Regulations in the Republic of Costa Rica.\n\nPublic bidding for the contracting of a construction company with remarkable experience for the design and construction of civil, architectural, and structural works, hydraulic and sanitary installations, mechanical and electrical installations, medical and industrial equipment, and maintenance of the project for the New Dr. Maximiliano Peralta Jim\u00e9nez Hospital, Cartago in accordance with all the documents included in the bid and in compliance with all applicable national, international and institutional norms and regulations, is publicly tendered.\n\nThis infrastructure project will set a precedent in the modernization and development of health sector.\u00a0 The hospital&#8217;s new headquarters will provide the medical services it currently renders to its direct and indirect population. The aim is to overcome the years of backwardness in terms of technology, equipment, and infrastructure.
