{"id":11244,"date":"2020-02-03T10:59:45","date_gmt":"2020-02-03T09:59:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/garciabodan.com\/?p=11244"},"modified":"2025-08-11T19:58:34","modified_gmt":"2025-08-11T17:58:34","slug":"cargo-terminal-new-deadline-for-ppp-bidding-in-el-salvador","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/garciabodan.com\/en\/cargo-terminal-new-deadline-for-ppp-bidding-in-el-salvador\/","title":{"rendered":"Cargo Terminal: New deadline for PPP Bidding in El Salvador"},"content":{"rendered":"March 13<sup>th<\/sup> is the new date for the reception of bids for the contract to finance, design, build and operate the works of the Cargo Terminal at El Salvador&#8217;s Oscar Romero Airport, under the Public-Private Partnership format.\n\nThe original invitation to tender provided for February 12<sup>th<\/sup> as the deadline for the reception of bids, but because several companies had expressed an interest in participating, it was decided to postpone the submission of tenders until March 13<sup>th<\/sup>.\n\nThe project contemplates two development phases: Phase 1 consists of the financing, design, expansion, construction, equipment, maintenance improvement and operation of the existing Cargo Terminal.\n\nPhase 2 consists of the financing, design, construction, equipment, maintenance and operation of a new Cargo Terminal infrastructure.
