García & Bodán Trust Company was founded in Nicaragua in 2012 with the purpose of providing immediate response to the challenge that García & Bodán Law Firm faced due to the growing demand for trust services, specifically in Nicaragua, becoming the first non-bank Trust Company approved by the Financial Analysis Unit of Nicaragua (UAF for its acronym in Spanish) of Nicaragua.
Our services focus on matters related directly and indirectly to business trusts, in order to create opportunities for entrepreneurs, investors and other clients who want expert and reliable advice in planning, structuring, custody and asset protection.
Clients are released from liability when they transfer certain assets in trust to García & Bodán Trust Company, a third party without interests involved; simplifying procedures and processes for transactions that one way or another would have higher risk and complexity.
Our team has extensive experience in structuring and administration of trusts, and has been advising investors and companies requiring financial intermediation services as a way of protecting property and the operations they generate. The escrow contracts option for goods and property transactions is also available. In the last year we have handled hundreds of transactions through this service.

Also, the practice of Real Estate in the law firm, benefits by using our escrow services, providing greater security and speed in the various types of real estate transactions it handles. On the other hand, the Corporate and Transactional practice of the García & Bodán law firm, when using our services of structuring and administration of Trusts, can offer and develop comprehensive trust products; as well as manage financial intermediation for closing transactions in a successful manner.
