Ricardo Nassar is Of Counsel of García & Bodán and a member of the Labor and Corporate practices in Costa Rica.

His practice focuses on corporate law, labor law, constitutional law, notarial and registry law, and litigation.

He has ten years of experience in these areas, where prior to joining García & Bodán, he has handled litigation and served domestic and foreign clients in the needs and requirements of corporate business, personnel management, state procedures and court cases.

He graduated with honors from both Highschool and Law Degree. He is a Specialist in Notary and Registry Law from Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho, graduated from Masters in Constitutional Justice from the Universidad de Costa Rica and specialist in Constitutional Justice from Universidad Castilla-La Mancha, Toledo (Spain).

He has been a professor at Universidad Escuela Libre de Derecho since the year 2011, where he teaches bachelor’s and bachelor’s courses in law, as well as the postgraduate course in Notary and Registry Law. He was a founding member of the Young Lawyers Commission of the Costa Rican Bar Association.
