María Fernanda González Obregón is Associate at García & Bodán San Juan del Sur, Nicaragua.

She has worked in the area of immigration, real estate and corporate law and has vast experience in different immigration, registration and administrative procedures and diligences.

Since 2017, Ma. Fernanda has been providing advice and guidance for immigration matters and has helped several clients to get their residency status in Nicaragua. Throughout her career she has been able to determine the best path and strategy for each specific immigration case, always keeping a results-oriented focus. She has acted as mediators between clients and immigration authorities, which has helped to create good communication channels that favor the most complex cases.

Her goal is to simplify this complex matter to her clients, by analyzing every case and documentation, determining the best and most cost-effective course of action, and answering the inquiries the clients may have, whether they are investors, retirees or simply people interested in living abroad.
