The Costa Rican Institute of Sports and Recreation tenders the design, construction, and startup of the Maria del Milagro Paris Coronado Aquatic Center, in the La Sabana Metropolitan Park.
The project will have an area of more than 7,500 square meters made up of two swimming pools, one Olympic and one educational. The execution time of the work is 12 months.
Among the requirements requested is that the Olympic pool must be certified or approved by the International Swimming Federation for the final reception of the project.
The construction plans to be delivered by the successful bidder must include the design of CCTV, Internet, Lightning Rod System, rainwater drainage, heating system for the pools, among others. The lighting design for the Olympic swimming pool sector must comply with section FR 2.13 (for exit platform and turning ends spaces of 600 lux, only for this area) and FR 3.15 for the entire swimming pool, of the FINA standards, where it is indicated that for this sector (the entire swimming pool, except exit and turning ends), the light intensity may not be less than 1500 lux.

Estimated cost of investment: USD 5,000,000.00
