Banco Popular de Costa Rica bids the computer security monitoring service, as an integral solution that addresses the growing threats of online fraud.

The computer security monitoring service must cover the life cycle of any fraudulent action on the Internet, which implies early detection, closure of the detected security incident, as well as follow-up work to evaluate the effectiveness of the reactive measures implemented.

The aim is to obtain a comprehensive solution that addresses the growing threats of online fraud, brand abuse and unauthorized channels, with patented capabilities for prevention, detection and real-time response to cases of anti-phishing, Deep Web and Dark Web, providing broad protection to the constantly changing online risks faced by brands today, limited to online monitoring of content whose ownership or exploitation rights belong to the Bank, satisfying the requirements specified in the objectives of the proposal.

The model of this contract is conceptualized under the monthly cost scheme for the managed service of computer security, so payment will be made on a monthly basis and according to the price awarded.
