Amendment to Project of Supervision of Hospital Nuevo Amanecer in Nicaragua
The Executive Committee of the Tender notifies to the offerors duly inscribed in the process of the Public Tender “Supervision Replacement of the hospital Nuevo Amanecer of the Autonomous Region of the North Caribbean Coast”, financed by the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (BCIE, by its acronyms in Spanish), that in conformance to the Section II Instructions to the Offerors of the Tender Document, Clause No. 23.2, it is extended the Amendment No. 3 to the document of the Tender, specifying:
Proposals for the tender will be received at the latest on November 12th, 2018 until 10:30 a.m.
The project will have a constructed surface of 18,415 m², 16,803 m² for the main building of two floors, and 1,612 m² for the external buildings, such as the housings for the medical staff, the shelter for relatives and booths.
It will count with 150 beds for hospitalization, distributed in: Medicine (35), Obstetrics (29), Gynecology (6), Surgery (24), Orthopedics (10), Pediatrics (34) and Neonatology (12).
Also, the hospital will have 4 operating rooms, an external consultation of 10 multifunctional clinics and with one hyperbaric bed.
The construction and equipment will count with all of the basic infrastructures proper of a health unit, such as potable water, electrical energy, sewage, medicinal gases, air conditioning, among others.
